: Our Policies :
-Payment for Studio Time-
In order to confirm a "Mobile Session," we require a "Deposit" within 24 hours of sending an invoice. The "Invoice Balance" is due at or before session start.

-Cancellations-
All sessions are considered confirmed and billable within 24 hours of the session start time. Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise the client will be billed for half the time booked, with a minimum of 2 hours billed. "No show" sessions will be billed for the full time booked.

-Helpful Info-
1) Please do not smoke around the engineer or equipment. 2) Please do not bring your pets to the recording area. 3) If possible keep the temperature between 70-72 degrees to protect the equipment. Please plan accordingly if the temperature could be an issue for you.
